"Dude!!! Is that your Grandpa doing the dishes?"
"Oh shit.....look....I think he's got Alzheimer's or something....he just can't seem to remember that panties go on over the garters...."

    I guess you can wear your panties over or under the garters which ever you prefer. I prefer over the garters so when out in public you don't have to remove everything to use the restroom.
