Baffled

"Frankly....I'm baffled.....your condition seemed to me to perhaps be caused by an infection but the tests say otherwise...."

"Normally I'd say yes but the swelling still hasn't stopped....it almost seems like it's boxing injury except for your nose to be swollen like that, you'd have to have been hit hard enough to cause significant injuries in the surrounding areas....it's almost as if you've been hit in the nose dozens of times, day after day, but never once hard enough to really hurt you....like I said....I'm baffled!!!"
"Alright Doc thanks anyway....I've got to go....my wife is entertaining guests tonight and I'm going to be helping her!!!!"
